get the ninja 1100 instead

My sister in law and i both purchased ninja blenders. She bought the 1100 i opted for the 1200 because it was more money so i thought it would be better. I was saddened to find out they have the exact same motor all the parts are the exact same but she got a free 30 dollar cookbook, a whipping paddle and her blender makes ice cream (mine does not) the only pro that the 1200 has over the 1100 is the base is one piece and locks to the table. (the 1100 locks too is just two pieces) it is an amazing blender and i am pleased with its performance. i just wish i got more forfor my money! I will be exchanging my 1200 for the 1100.

If you need a combination chopper, shredder, juicer, mixer, blender, snow cone maker this is the machine to get! Built well with extremely sharp blades. Be careful!

I bought this to replace my Ninja 1100. The motor in the 1200 is slightly bigger, so I thought it would work better. I use the Ninja to make margaritas and the 1100 model worked great for that, but the 1200 model with bigger motor doesn't crush he ice as well.I'm not happy with this purchase and I would get the 1100 over the 1200 if I could do it over.
