Worst product ever bought in my life!

This blender/juicer has got be by far the worst product I have purchased in my life. To begin with the packaging I received it in was damaged from the manufacturer. Once I washed all the parts and and assembled the unit it was wobbly and weak. I put in my first vegetable which was a kale leaf and it tore it up into bits and spit 90% of the leaf out into the pulp bin. I was dismayed by what happened so I tried a fruit this time. I washed and prepared a cantalope for juicing. Once again I put it in the machine and it chopped up 90% of the fruit and spit chunks of it everywhere. I got maybe 5% juice. The entire fruit was wasted. This happened several more times with various other fruits and vegetables. I had to rejuice the pulp several times to get what I believed to be 60% of the juices out of he product. In the end I was extremely dissatisfied with the product. It leaked juice everywhere. The juice spigot clogged. Cleanup was horrible due to little crevasses. Overall, this product was the worst idea ever. Two major thumbs down.

This blender, so called is not at all what I expected. Trying to blend fruits is extremelydifficult. The juicer is a joke. What a mess. You can't run the blender for any more than short burst, for it will overheat. Bad buy for me.

After using the juicer one time, it no longer worked and was dead. I had to pack it up and mail it back to the company at my own expense. They said they would send a replacement and I am still waiting to hear anything. Save the packaging!Update: Last week I came home to find a giant box on the deck, containing.... wait for it...... a super wave oven. Instead of the juicer/blender combo. I called and was told the correct product would be sent out and to return the super wave oven. At least this time, I didn't have to pay for the return.Update to the Update: Today, a new box showed up on the deck, containing.... wait for it... a super juicer. No blender, not the combo. A substantial difference in price. I don't think I have the strength to continue. You win, Sharper Image, I have been dulled.
