Worked for about 6 different times...then the motor broke!!

I bought this in July 2010....the motor worked ok...although I couldn't figure out why it would spin one way and sometimes spin the other. Anyways, it worked ok for about 6 different times (I only used it about once or twice a month) and then while I was pressing a lemon on top of it, I heard a "click!" and it stopped working. The motor where the center piece spins from must have tapped out or just broke from the pressure of pressing a lemon on top of it. I don't think I can return it now so it was just a waste of money. I will NEVER ever buy a product from Sharper Image again...they just put out products that seem to have a slick concept but they are all made with terrible quality and parts. Every product I have owned from Sharper Image in the past was just VERY cheaply made (ie- light plastic parts) and they always break!! No wonder they closed their stores!

I used this juicer 3 times. Out of nowhere it stopped dead. I would return this immediately if you have it. I thought it just overheated. It didn't; it just died. Run away from this product as fast as you can. Thought I would be getting a great product since it came from The Sharper Image. I think The Sharper Image needs to repair its image with this piece of junk!

Run don't walk away from this juicer. I got this juicer and was expecting Sharper Image to be a quality product. It worked for two spins and then blew a fuse in my kitchen. I reset the fuse, tried to juice a lemon, it spun once and then the motor stopped. This crap is going to be returned today and I'm going to search for a real juicer!
