Not what I really wanted

The product is the same as the picture, But the juicer gives you back pure juice, I needed a juicer that would blend even the skin of an apple or juice a carrot. The blender sucks! I chopped up some frozen starwberries and a banana, it wouldn't really blend, it took 15 minuites of opening the lid and stiring it over and over to finally make my smoothie! The seller did have the package on time but the product isn't what I really wanted.

Great little juicer-blender combo

For the price, this is a great small appliance that truly does a good job as a juicer and a good-enough job as a blender. The juicer throws off a lot of pulp that appears to have some juice still in it, but I cannot make a comparison with other machines because this is our first juicer. The chute is not too large, so some fruit and vegetables must be cut up before being inserted. The juicer attachment parts are easy to separate, clean, and reassemble. The blender attachment does not come apart for cleaning the blades and such, and the unit only has three settings (slow, fast, and pulse), so the blender is OK for normal use and needs to be cleaned as soon as possible. The base unit has suction cups on the bottom that really work well to stabilize it. The juicer and blender attachments are easy to switch out and the two plastic clips do a good job securing them to the base. Though the clips could be heavier or made of better materials, they are not flimsy. For the price, this was a great buy for us as a "first juicer." I'm not sure we will be in any hurry to spend more money on a bigger or better one.

This Juicer "Sucks" I shoulda listened and got the "NINJA BLENDER"

The first day I used it i juiced 3 times in the morning it worked fine i was happy with the juice but the pulp was everywhere i had to scrape it down a few times. I cleaned it and put it away. Later in the evening I wanted to blend a smoothie for dinner i set it up got out all my ingredients put it in the blender turned the switch and nothing....The base didn't work any more grrrr. It was brand new only used 1 time to juice and now nothing?? So I call customer service and they will fix it they said but I have to pay another shipping fee and get insurance to get it there what?? So unfair.I'm so disappointed for a first time juicer i wouldnt recommend this to anyone I know.
