Excellent!!!

This is the best juicer we have used and we have tried many. I had developed skin cancer and started using this juicer to juice 2 quarts of carrot and apple juice and 1 quart of leafy green vegetable juice, which I drink 8 oz. glasses of spread throughout the day. The cancer abated. The juicer is fantastic. It is quiet, easy to use and easy to clean. We highly recommend it. Even my children (8 years old and up) can use it safely. We also use it to juice wheatgrass, which almost no other juicer can effectively juice unless it is a wheatgrass juicer only. This machine crushes the food then presses it into a dry pulp squeezing nearly every drop of juice out of almost anything. It's Great! If you need a juicer, this is the one. Nothing else comes close. We only wish it came in a solid stainless steel version.

Very pleased with Green Star Juicer

I purchased a less expensive juicer, and after using it a few times, gave it to GoodWill. It was an awful mess to clean, and I never felt like it was really cleaned well. This juicer not only gets every bit of juice out of your produce, it's a breeze to clean it. No sharp blades, no hidden nooks and crannies. It dis-assembles and re-assembles quickly and easily.

Workhorse

Love the juicer, works well w/ the Gerson Therapy. It's been a workhouse 40+ days straight. Cleaning is quick. Recommend a 4 cup pyrex glass bowl w/ this besides the one they give you to catch pulp.Here's some background why to juice.I have a Netflix account. Saw The Beautiful Truth and later the Gerson Miracle. Had a lump in my throat that was literally choking me when I ate. Bought the book, started juicing. I can swallow most of the time now and hope to be cured in time (been a month or so).I've been a pretty healthy guy who's been into athletics and health for a long time. In the past 7 years I've developed bad habits. With the combination of the Gerson method and exercise, I feel better now than in a long time. Used to run 3-5 miles a day. Just started again...feeling healthy enough to do so. Blood pressure has dropped w/ out meds also (from 154/114 to 127/68 the other day). Cravings for juice and feeling good are stronger than any drug I've taken in the past. You honestly feel kind of light headed/high on life. Maybe that's the way we are supposed to feel.

Very efficient

At the instructions of his Urologist I juice lemons every morning for my husband to keep his kidney stones from growing. This is absolutely the best machine for the job. It gets every little bit of juice out and filters out all the pulp and seeds. Also it is extremely easy to clean and the parts can even go in the dishwasher. I am very happy I bought it. Just hope it lasts.

Replacement Cross Blades for Magic Bullet Blender

I had purchased a partial set of Magic Bullet containers and blades. Great deal at an outlet store. However, when I got home one of the blades was missing a part. I only needed that part and was unwilling to purchase a whole Bullet. When I checked online, I ordered the Set of 2 Cross Blades compatible with the Magic Bullet Blender Juicer Mixer for a very reasonable price. They arrived quickly in perfect, new condition and worked beautifully to complete my Magic Bullet set. I will return to this site if/when my blades become dull and need replacing.

These replacement mixing blades work much better than the one that came with our Magic Bullet. They are slightly elevated from the base and the blades are longer and have more of an angle than the original. The result is more thorough mixing.

blades for magic bullet

the only frustrating thing about the magic bullet is the blade. The "rubber" hooks on the bottom of the blade shread much too easily. The 2 replacement blades I bought (because I knew I would need a another replacement in the near future) looked great, but when I placed the first blade in the machine, the whole thing came apart. It seems the manufacturer didn't secure the bolts down well enough and it broke. not good - so I used the 2nd blade much sooner than I anticipated.....

Almost worth it...

Admittedly, I had high hopes for this product. It appeared to possess every feature I was looking for. The description basically sounded like the answer to the 'want ad' I would have written. After receiving this product as a gift, I looked forward to giving it a try. Wasting no time, I opted to start with a carrot-apple juice. I was pleased with the power and efficiency. Everything seemed to meet my expectations and I was content. When I began the clean-up process (it's a messy business juicing your own veggies and fruits) everything changed. The removable pieces clean up nicely. However, the internal screen basket that collects the pulp and allows the juice to pass through, as well as the containing housing are *extremely* difficult to clean. I elected to unscrew the basket and blade assembly to wash them. Even after thoroughly but gently scrubbing them, the basket held onto several carrot scraps. I would not recommend this product for anyone who intends to use it frequently for both fruits and vegetables. It appears that 'soft' foods like apples, melons, etc. would clean out nicely. Rougher foods cling to the 'innards' too much for my taste. Since this product was free to me, I intend to use it for its full life span. I can honestly say, if I were the one who purchased it, I wouldn't have spent the money on it if I knew then what I know now. Even if it meant spending a bit more for a more convenient product, it seems worthwhile.

Easier than most

I really did not expect much considering how much you can spend on a juicer. We used this every single day now for three weeks and used just about every kind of fruit and veggie and it works great. NONE of the units are really easy to clean but this one is easier than most. Tip: use a toothbrush on the metal extractor.

Purchased the juicer went online and looked up recipes and began to juice. No leaks not hard to clean up and its still going strong. Cleaning tip there will be bits and pieces of veggies in the extractor use a small brush and bush against the cutter teeth while running it under water easy peasy. everything else just wash off. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to clean it as some other reviews might suggest.....
