Omega Blender

Took a while to realize there was an on/off switch on the side/bottom/back/somewhere... Then all system were go! Lots of blending power. But don't know where the 3-HP rating comes from. All converters I use say this is only about half the horse power based on amps/volts etc. An enquiry to Omega remains unanswered. It is beautiful! Would like to know when larger pitcher is available...

The Omega BL630S 3-HP Variable Speed Blender is the BEST blender I have ever used! I thought nothing would replace my Kitchenaid when it died but I was so wrong. Here are a few of my favorite things:10-speeds, up to 6 minute timer, pulse control and infinity function so ingredients don't get stuck. Simply set the blender to operate on its own for 1 to 6 minutes on any speed, while you do other meal prep. The blender will stop blending when the set time is complete. Rubber lid with latches on 2-sides, seals the lid to the container so it won't come loose during use. The removable cap in the center of lid lets you add ingredients during a blending cycle. 64oz. container with measurement markings. Made of durable Eastman Tritan Copolyester plastic. It looks great. BPA-Free. Stainless steel blade assembly. 13-gripper feet keep the blender stable when running at the highest speed. Omega BL630R 3-HP Variable Speed Blender, 64-Ounce, Red 3-peak horsepower blender with 64 oz. container is equipped with variable 10 speed functionality, a 6-minute timer that can be set from 15 seconds to 6 minutes, pulse, and infinity intuitive control that creates fast and fresh mixtures of your favorite ingredients.The Omega is a bit pricey but if you can afford it, I think you will be very pleased with this blender. I know I am.
