About what you would expect for the price....
By DGM
At the time I purchased this little juicer, I paid roughly sixteen dollars. I did not expect much. The concept is sound, it is essentially the same design as a drill press. A rack and pinion gear, a handle and something to press the fruit against. It does work, but not as a one stop solution. Here is how I use it:I use the press for the first squeeze. You can not over squeeze the fruit, because the unit will bend if you press too hard. I then take the partially squeezed fruit and use a hand press. Oddly enough, this two stage approach works much better than either one alone. I get about 25 percent more juice using this method. A side benefit is that the hand squeeze is much easier after the machine squeeze. You will need to be gentle with this press, it will bend easily. It does, however, prevent you from over-squeezing the fruit. Also, it handles smaller fruit best. I get bags of organic juicing oranges. These are smaller than your average lunch box style orange and are not meant to be peeled and eaten. They have a very thin skin, lots of seeds, but they sure are juicy and sweet.Cheap, very. Can be useful if you are very careful and are willing to do a manual squeeze after. I use one of the porcelain coated hand squeezers. Don't expect it to last forever, and treat it very very gently.

Poor quality
By Fran Cain
Product is of very poor quality - feels like it's made of the world's cheapest metal. Much of it bent after the first use, and the top part that plunges down against the fruit doesn't line up with the cup. There's a reason it's the least-expensive juicer of this style on Amazon. I do not recommend it.
