Black & Decker says not theirs?

I have the unit. Blender works good. Never used the other features and i wanted to try but can't find my manual. I have spent over an hour searching on the internet, finally called B&D customer service. They say they cannot find the unit in their database? Gave me [...] to look. Can't find it there or at JBG60 model Black and Decker Juicer, blender, grinder [...] I am currently out of the US and yes it is a 220v unit.
