Happy then Disappointed

I purchased this product after hearing great things from friends and reading the reviews. We started juicing 2-3 times a day and it worked great! After 2 weeks of using the nutri bullet it stopped working. I am sending it back and am in the market for a more durable juicer. I loved the fact that it didn't create any waste but was disappointed that it didn't last long.

We bought one two weeks ago and have been using it daily, making the best healthy raw food smoothies. It is super easy to use, clean and store. Really no mess no fuss. I'm thinking about buying another one to keep at the office.

Returned after 3 days

First it smelled strongly like the motor was burning. I emailed to ask about that. Next the seal on the cup came off while blending and wrapped around the blade. This caused the contents to spray out everywhere. I returned it. Four days after I returned it, seven days after I emailed them, I received a response from Nutri Bullet that stated that the strong burning smell was normal and at you shouldn't run it for more than a minute. I can see a slight smell from a new appliance as being normal, but this smelled like it was about to set fire. If I had to guess, they didn't even read my email, just scanned it for key words and sent a preloaded response.
